I mostly end up shopping on Shein when there’s a coupon floating around or they’re doing free shipping. The discounts can actually be solid, and the points help more than I expected. It is annoying when a code suddenly doesn’t apply to the one thing I really want, but overall I still feel like I save money there. Weirdly, I remember one order because I was eating sour gummy worms while checking out and kept refreshing the shipping discount like it was a game.

It can show up a little late sometimes, but it still gets delivered, so I cant really complain too much.

I only wore it twice and the seams already started ripping, which was disappointing. Not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but based on this, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I grabbed a few basic tops and some lounge pants from SHEIN, i was kind of surprised. In a good way. The tops are soft, not scratchy, and the pants are super comfy for just hanging around the house. One of the shirts is a little thin, but still wearable. For the price, I’m happy. Washed everything twice so far and they still feel nice. I’d order again...

I just dealt with this return recently, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but it was such a frustrating experience. The website kept looping me around instead of actually letting me finish the return, and the return label took forever to finally show up. I reached out to customer service, but the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers and didn’t really solve anything. By the time I got it sorted, it felt like they were making the process harder than it needed to be. After this, I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I’ve bought similar items before, so I expected this to fit about the same, but it really doesn’t. Compared to what I’m used to, the sizing feels off and nothing fits quite like it should.

My first impression was that it seemed okay overall, but also cluttered. Once I spent a little more time with it, I could see there were some good parts, but that initial messy feeling stuck with me.

I got my Shein order and everything was pretty much what I picked out, including the sizes and colors. One item did look a tiny bit different in person than it did online, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me. Overall, I’m happy with what I got. Has anyone else noticed items looking slightly different when they arrive?

i ordered a medium, but it fit more like a tiny kids shirt. definitely not what i expected, so i’d recommend sizing way up.

It showed up kinda late, which was a little frustrating. And it’s not even about that necessarily, I just wish there had been a bit more clarity on the timing. Other than that, everything was fine

I feel like everything has been looking the same lately, so I couldn’t really find anything cute. It’s kind of disappointing because this feels preventable if there was a little more variety or fresher styles.

In my experience, the app keeps freezing whenever I try to check out, which gets annoying fast. I’ve also had my cart randomly empty on me, it feels like a waste of time having to add everything back again.

I’d say SHEIN is good if you just want trendy clothes without spending a ton. Like, if you need a quick going-out top, a summer dress, some basic leggings, a random cardigan, or even something for vacation photos, it can definitely work. Some pieces look really cute in person, but others are super thin, fit weird, or feel like they might fall apart after a few washes. I’ve had shirts that were totally fine, dresses that looked better online, and pants that fit nothing like the size chart. For the price, I’m not too mad about it, but I also don’t buy from there expecting amazing quality or something I’ll wear for years

I took one look at the package and immediately thought, yeah, this isn’t great. It showed up in this super thin plastic bag that was already ripped on one side, and everything inside was crammed together like it had just been shoved in without much care.
One of the tops even had dirt marks from the outside packaging, which was annoying. I know the prices are low, but the packing felt lazy and offered basically no protection. I probably wouldn’t order anything fragile or light-colored from here again.

I ordered a few tops from shein, the colors weren’t always nothing like the pictures. One shirt looked super bright red online, but when it showed up it was more of a dark pink, so that was a little disappointing. Some pieces were close enough though, especially the black and beige ones. For the price, I can’t really complain too much, but I do wish the photos showed the colors more accurately. I’d probably still order again, but I won’t buy nothing without checking customer photos first...

I ordered a few tops and a dress from Shein. I was disappointed. The fabric felt really thin. Almost like costume fabric. One of the shirts also had loose threads everywhere.

The dress looked bad after just one wash. It lost its shape. The color faded too. I get that the prices are low. But I still expected more than one wear. I won’t order again.

I used to order from shein often, but I don’t feel good about it anymore. The stuff is cheap, sure, but it doesn’t last, and the whole worker/waste issue just bugs me. I’d rather skip it now.
